Tomb of Pir Alamdar Semnan, Sardari Name Tomb
Pir Alamdar’s tomb is located in Imam Khomeini Square in Semnan. This tomb is attributed to Pir Alamdar, a famous general from the Al Boyeh period.
Pir Alamdar played an important role in Al Boyeh’s campaigns to the north of Iran and was martyred in the war that took place with Deilmi’s troops in Semnan.
The tomb of Pir Alamdar is a brick building with a tall dome. Inside the mausoleum, there is the grave of Pir Alamdar as well as the graves of several other elders.
