The tomb of Abul Hasan Zayd Beyhaqi, known as Ibn Fandh, is located in the city of Sheshtamed in Razavi Khorasan province. This tomb, which was built in the 6th century AH, has been registered as one of Iran’s national monuments.
Abul Hasan Zaid Beyhaqi:
Abolhassan Zayd Beyhaqi, an Iranian scientist, jurist, mathematician and poet, was born in the year 436 AH in the city of Beyhaq (modern Sabzwar). He was one of the prominent scholars of the Seljuk period and was proficient in various sciences including jurisprudence, hadith, mathematics, astronomy and poetry.

Abul Hasan Zaid Beyhaqi has many works in different fields. Among his most famous works, we can mention “Labab Al-Ansab and Al-Aqab and Al-Aaqab”, “Ma’araj Nahj al-Balagheh”, “Musharib Al-Tsarib and Ghabarib Al-Gharaib”, “Tatemeh Sawan Al-Hikma”, “Jama’e al-Hakaiyat and Lowa’am al-Rawayat” and “Tarikh Bayhaq”. .

This building is among the brick buildings of the Seljuk period and has a square plan and a brick dome. The decorations of this building include brickwork and brick inscriptions.
