History:

The historical house of Nazeran belongs to the Qajar period and is located in the city of Mashhad, Razavi Khorasan province. This building was registered as one of the national works of Iran in 1384 with registration number 13074.
Architecture:
Nazeran’s house is built on a land of 1200 square meters and has two inner and outer parts. This building includes a central courtyard, a garden, a hall, many rooms, a cellar, etc. The materials used in the construction of this building include brick, clay, plaster, and wood, and its decorations include painting, mirroring, plastering, etc.
Ownership:
This house originally belonged to a person named Nazeran, who was a rich rice merchant in Mashhad. After that, this house was bought by a person named Ansari and is currently owned by the children of late Ansari.
current situation:
Nazeran House is not currently used as a museum and special facilities and services are not provided for tourists. However, the restoration of this building was completed in 2016 and there is no problem in terms of the strength of the building.
