Makhmalkoh waterfall: a gem in the heart of Lorestan nature
Makhmalkoh waterfall, which is also known as Kakarza waterfall, is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Iran, which is located 15 km northeast of Khorramabad in Kakarza village.

The height of this waterfall is about 50 meters and the width of its crown is 10 meters.
The water of this waterfall is supplied from the upstream springs and it is fuller in the spring season.
In the low water seasons, the width of the waterfall decreases and in some years it dries up completely.
