Bozlar Hefshjan cemetery is a treasure of tombstones and relics from the Safavid to Qajar eras. This historical cemetery is located at the beginning of Hefshjan city, Shahrekord city, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, and with more than 2000 tombstones, it is considered one of the most unique historical cemeteries in Iran.

This cemetery dates back to the Safavid period (around 1004 AH) and its historical tombstones continue until the end of the Qajar era (1343 AH).
Bezler Mausoleum is of special historical and artistic importance due to the unique carvings of the tombstones and showing the burial rituals and art of that era.

Types of tombstones: In this cemetery, there are horizontal, vertical, altar, box and statue-shaped tombstones, all of which have decorations and motifs.

Hefeshjani Carvers: The carving of these tombstones is the work of skilled Hefeshjani artists and stonemasons who have been responsible for a large amount of historical monuments of Chaharmahal, Bakhtiari and Khuzestan provinces during the past four hundred years.
Signs and symbols: On the tombstones, there are usually patterns such as pigeons (symbols of pike and messenger), flowers and vases, salimi, the phrases “Ho al-Baqi”, “Bismillah al-Rahman al-Rahim”, “Ho al-Hi al-Dhi Laymut” and poems related to life and death. It is engraved.
