Heydarbaghi natural bath (Doh Ochan spring): a gem in the heart of the nature of West Azerbaijan
Heydarbaghi Natural Bath, also known as Doh Ochan Spring, is a wonderful and unique phenomenon in the heart of the beautiful nature of West Azerbaijan. This natural bath is located in Heydarbaghi village of Miandoab city and attracts many tourists every year.
Doh Ochan spring in Turkish means the place where the camel climbs or flies! This name is due to the high height of the spring and the presence of limestone deposits around it, which are similar to camel wings.
The water of this spring has healing properties and is useful for skin and joint diseases. Also, spring water is not suitable for drinking due to the presence of mineral salts.
Natural ponds have been created around the spring where tourists can swim. There are also amenities such as toilets, gazebos and seating platforms.
