Heidrabad Fort is located in the southeast of Khash, one of the remaining historical sites from the early Islamic period in this region. This fort was built in the late Qajar period by the then ruler, Haider Ali Khan Kurd, and was the residence of him and his family. In (1299 AH), it was taken out of his control by the government and British forces and was entrusted to a person named Eidu Khan Rigi, who was raised by the then ruler (Haider Ali Khan). He and his family lived there until 1307 AH. It was also used as a place to store food and ammunition for British forces under the leadership of General Dyer.
Heidrabad Fort dates back to the late Qajar period and is located in Khash, at the end of 24th Meteri Roodaki Street. It was registered as one of the National Works of Iran on April 18, 1991, with registration number 3825.
Heidrabad Fort is a mudbrick building that is built in a square shape. The length of each side of this building is about 60 meters. There are two watchtowers on each side of the fort. In the center of the fort, there is a central courtyard surrounded by several rooms.
