The history and use of the bag
In the past, bags were mainly used by nomads and villagers to carry personal belongings, gifts, and supplies during migrations and trips. Also, bags were woven as dowries for brides and were a symbol of dowry and traditional values.

Raw materials and production process
The main raw materials for bag weaving are:

Wool: It is one of the most common raw materials for weaving bags. The wool is dyed and then woven.
Cotton thread: Cotton thread was also used to weave bags.
Leather: In some cases, leather was used to sew bags.
The bag production process includes the following steps:

Preparation of raw materials: wool or cotton yarn is washed, cleaned and then spun.
Dyeing: The spun wool is dyed with natural or chemical dyes.
Weaving: Long threads are stretched on the weaving loom.
Weaving: Using a comb and a mako, transverse threads are woven on the threads and the desired design is created.
Sewing and decoration: After the weaving is finished, the bag is sewn and decorated with tassels, coins or beads.
Designs and roles
Bag designs are very diverse and complex. These designs are usually inspired by nature, religious symbols, slim lines and geometric shapes. According to its culture and traditions, each region uses special and distinctive designs and colors in woven bags.
