Bagheri House, the architectural gem of Gorgan
Bagheri House, also known as Bagheri House, is a historical monument from the late Qajar period and early Pahlavi period located in Gorgan city. This building is located in Sarcheshme neighborhood and on the southern edge of one of the main thoroughfares of Gorgan’s old context. Bagheri House with an area of about 2500 square meters is considered the largest historical house in Gorgan and the largest historical house in the north of the country.
Architecture:

Bagheri’s house is a valuable example of native residential architecture in Gorgan city. This building has interior, exterior, central courtyard, pond, hall, porch, cellar, etc.
Entrance: The entrance of Bagheri House is decorated with an arch and beautiful tiling.
Central courtyard: The central courtyard of Bagheri House is a pleasant and green space, in the middle of which there is a large pond.
Hall: The Hall of Bagheri Palace is the largest space of this building, which is decorated with beautiful plasterwork and wall paintings.
Porch: The Porch of Bagheri House is located on the south side of the central courtyard and has wooden and brick columns.
Cellar: The cellar of Bagheri’s house is located in the basement of the building and provides a cool and comfortable atmosphere for the residents in the hot seasons.
